Anything that can be a script must be a script.
We are opening up the automations we run for our own clients, one release a month, with the reasoning published alongside the code. Start with the bookkeeping one.
That is a deterministic script with no AI in it, measured against a frozen set of real transactions. It held the other 290 rather than guess. The refusal is the product. Whatever you point at the 290 — a model, a junior, yourself — is your call, not ours.
What ships next
Out now
qbo-precedent-coder
Decides which bank-feed transactions a book’s own history already settles, and refuses the rest.
Next
safe-write-pipeline
Snapshot, classify, validate, post, read back, notify. The roster check that would have saved us 240 wrong posts.
Then
eval-harness
Frozen golden sets, ranking on wrong posts instead of coverage, and the two circularity traps that fake a good result.
Then
agent-harness
Scheduled jobs, skills, and the pattern where a second agent checks the first through a different channel.
What is the catch? If this works for you and you do not have the capacity to build the rest in-house, you will probably call us. That is the business model. We would rather name it than pretend. Everything here is usable without ever talking to us.
